Dragon Nest Final Damage and How it works

One of the most unexplained stat to many players in Dragon Nest is the Final Damage. This is because the game itself never had a chance to explain what’s beyond Final Damage that affects character damage.

According to the old Calculation of Final Damge If you have x final damage, you will see an increase of x damage per hit to your damaging skills so basically saying, with the first version of final damage, it added damage to each hit of your skills. the second version is only a % of attack on the whole skill instead.

For Example: X=3000 which is from your skill that hits 5 times
If u had 200 final damage casting a spell that hits 5 times would do 3,000 dmg + 200 x 5 = 16,000 DMG

But that’s the old way…

The New Final Damage Calculation

One of the developer from Dragon Nest Korea explain the accurate percentage of damage you will get depends on your Final Damage Value and with their respective % damage increase, versus target of level 24, 32, 40 and 50.

Important things to remember

  • High Final Damage more bonus damage.
  • Final damage give more % damage boost if your target is lower level.
  • The same player with a higher 705 FD hits a lvl32 monster, ALSO deal 100% extra damage.
  • FD will not go beyond 100%
  • Final damage does NOT affect the healing amount of priest.
  • The LEVEL OF THE PLAYER HAS NO EFFECT on the damage boost from FD.
